Outstanding academic record in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
Strong knowledge of quantitative financial and corporate financial skills
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Good English communication
Ability to work under pressure, to set priorities, as well as to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Good personality, good interpersonal and communication skill

Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior staffs in preparing all data in words or presentation materials, and any other relative documents to transactions.
Prepare analysis on industry overview, capital market, and business and financial performances.
Manage due diligence process and perform financial projection and valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, market comparables, and/or net adjusted booked value.
Participate in the origination and execution of deal’s transactions.
Coordinate efforts with deal team member.

Qualifications:

Thai nation.
Bachelor’s Degree and 0-1 year experience in related field.
Academic record in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Strong knowledge of quantitative financial and corporate financial skills.
Excellent written and spoken English as well as presentation skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to work under pressure, to set priorities, as well as to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Good personality, good interpersonal and communication skill.
